A Chance to Love

If we change the laws action will be taken.

Our mission is to enact laws that impose severe penalties for child sex trafficking and child sex abuse, paralleling those for terrorism. By harnessing the power of petitions and lobbying, we strive to engage top crime investigation agencies in combating these heinous crimes. Through longer sentences, mandatory psychological rehabilitation, and post-release monitoring, we could ensure offenders face the consequences of their actions. With your support, we can eradicate child sex trafficking and abuse. Together, let’s ensure that every child is protected and given the chance to love without fear.

Our Plan

Create New Laws

Our primary objective is to present a bill to the government that makes the penalties for child sex trafficking and sexual abuse just as severe as those for terrorism.

This is crucial because terrorism represents an assault on innocence, and none can be deemed more innocent than children. The Patriot Act helped combat terrorism by granting law enforcement access to essential resources. It’s indeed perplexing why children aren’t protected in a similar manner. They lack protection because they don’t have a strong voice or enough money to bring about change.

In our country, laws are typically influenced by lobbying, often by big companies seeking laws that benefit their financial interests. However, we, the people, have the power to request Congress to enact new laws that treat child sex trafficking and abuse with the utmost seriousness. It might surprise you, but it only takes 100,000 signatures on a petition to initiate this process.

Our plan is to draft and promote such a petition among the American people while simultaneously lobbying for these new laws to allocate the resources of the Patriot Act to combat and ultimately end child sex trafficking and abuse.

At least 1 in 10 American children will be sexually abused before their 18th birthday.

More Resources, More Evidence

The top crime investigation agencies in our nation, such as the FBI, CIA, Secret Service, and Homeland Security – just to name a few – have the capability to uncover nearly every secret in America. America’s intelligence resources should be applied to solving cases of child sex trafficking and abuse.

Today, when someone suspects a case of child sex abuse or a child confides in a trusted adult about their abuse, the victim sometimes becomes more, not less, vulnerable. They may feel subjected to what can sometimes seem like interrogations about their experience and may retract their statements out of humiliation and fear. Their home might be visited, and their abuser may have time to become suspicious, flee, or make threats. An estimated 90% of these victims know their attackers, and often, predators reside right in the home where the victim is questioned. We urgently need more effective ways to assist these victims during their moments of crisis.

Our proposed new law will provide law enforcement with innovative and powerful tools to investigate and collect evidence related to child sex trafficking and abuse.

Consider this – we have intelligence agencies that utilize drones the size of insects for surveillance, microphones capable of capturing conversations from miles away, and imaging systems that can detect body movements through walls. If we leverage these technologies available to our top intelligence agencies, we can combat child sex trafficking and abuse as effectively as we addressed terrorism after 9/11.

Prosecute Appropriately

The new law will aim to impose longer sentences for child sex trafficking and abuse, and in certain cases, prevent offenders from being released into the general public.

Furthermore, it will aim to mandate psychological rehabilitation while incarcerated and require ongoing psychological rehabilitation and observation upon release into society. Similar to our continued monitoring of individuals convicted or suspected of terrorism, these serious offenders must also be closely observed and analyzed to ensure they do not return to such heinous behavior.

Currently, our legal system does not enforce protocols to assess the progress and mental stability of released pedophiles. This lax approach is precisely what we intend to reevaluate through the new legal documents that your donations are helping us create.

Why Should You Join Us?

In order to keep our own kids safe, we must strive to protect all kids.
Just about all kids feel peer pressure to some degree. According to a survey by Parent Further, 90% of kids feel some type of peer pressure. Most children spend more time with their classmates than their family members, so children’s behavior is often heavily influenced by other children. This mission can be successful if we care for our neighbors’ children like we care for our own.
Childhood should be carefree, playing in the sun; not living a nightmare in the darkness of the soul.

What is going on?

In America right now, no child is guaranteed safety.

Estimates suggest that less than one-third of all cases of child sexual abuse are ever reported. Only 29% of cases lead to an arrest, with this number dropping to 19% for children under the age of 6. Children are frequently engaging in abusive behaviors towards their peers, sharing inappropriate content such as pictures, videos, and information within schools.

Shockingly, nearly 70% of all reported sexual assaults and 44% of all reported rapes involve children aged 17 and under.

How can we help?

We are funding a new law to protect children from sexual predators.

Based on the results of hundreds of surveys we have conducted, the majority of people agree that child sex trafficking and abuse are among the most heinous crimes one can commit. Additionally, most people concur that the government handles cases of child sex abuse with a disturbing lack of severity.

If we continue to sidestep this issue, our nation will undoubtedly suffer. It’s crucial that we take a stand for children now, so they can have the opportunity to love themselves, their families, and their lives.

Why should you care?

You may not know how close you are to an offender.

Approximately half of all sexual attackers are older or more powerful children. About one-third of offenses are committed by family members. It’s easy to judge someone unrelated to you, but how would you feel if the predator were your child’s best friend? Your daughter or son? Your brother or sister? Your wife or husband?
